Wow! Boog sure knows how to treat the leaves! I shoulda thought of that when I was a kid. Looks like fun – just hope the Leaf Bandit isn’t in there! :O)
Thanks, Vince. The trees in my neighborhood are exploding with color at the moment. Every morning I walk my dog I get an entirely new color palette to inspire me. It’s a really exciting time of year for my retinas!
I watched the show, Daniel! Best one yet! Seven interviews, and they are all good! I have that “Webcomics Show” theme rolling around in my head right now! David was very wonderful to send me a shout-out, I’m a big fan of his, as well! Keep up these great shows, I’m really looking forward to the next one!
Aw man! That looks like fun!
Mark, I really like your coloring in this comic. I also like the new banner. 😉
This is something I loved doing when I was a kid, Bill. I’m glad you like the color, I’m trying some new techniques.
That looks awesome! 🙂
I wonder if it’s as much fun as I drew it to be?
That is the ultimate pile of leaves to jump into!
That there is the Everest of leaf piles!
Good form…I give him a 10!
You should see his armstand dive!
That’s a lot of work for a little play. Love the colors Mark!
It’s 1% inspiration, and 99% perspiration, Mat! Glad you like the colors, I’m experimenting with these fall strips.
Now we know why Gorr loves piles of leaves so much.
Gorr is one with the leaves. Boog is like a third party with them.
A fun way to entertain yourself for the afternoon, Boog!
Extreme sports without even having to leave his yard!
Cute. I love fall.
The cool weather, the smell of autumn leaves, the color, the holidays… I’m with you!
I wish I had thought of that as a kid (although raking up that big a pile of leaves would have been an awful lot of hard work).
I could never get the leaves to stack up like that. As hard as I tried, the best I got was like a mound of them. Still fun, though.

Boog is showing those leaves who’s the boss! The Leaf Bandit might find some inspiration in that enormous stack of Bandit commando gear!
Empire State Building eat your heart out!
The observation deck still needs a little work…
New Olympic sport?
Could be an Olympic yard sport! But they better be careful with that torch!
A tree house with an emergency leaf exit.
Unfortunately, it’s only a seasonal exit.
Now that’s how you pile leaves for the jump. Man I wish I had more trees around my place, just for that very reason.
When I was kid I’d try to pile up the leaves like that, but mostly all I’d ever get was a hill of leaves, but never a mountain!
Judges give that dive a 10
Boog would settle for an 11, if possible!
I’d be worried that the leaf bandit would be waiting at the bottom of the pile to gobble him up
I doubt it, Tony, the ice cream truck is in the neighborhood!
Hmmm…. Leaves or icecream??? Yeah I guess it’s an easy choice
I can only imagine what that ice cream man would think when he finds leaves in his freezer…
The colors really evoke autumn, Mark. Really fantastic work. -v

Man, I wish!!!!!!
I heard that, Jack!
The tree provides the leaves, and the platform!
And a very soft landing!
The judges should give him nice scores for his diving *and* his raking!
And how he defied the laws of physics with that pile of leaves!
Ever notice how much jumping into a pile of leaves actually hurts?
It’s all that roughage! I bet a pile that high would REALLY hurt (if you don’t break your neck first)!
Hey Mark, David Hurley mentions you here on the webcomic show. http://youtu.be/KusQ3K29-ZU?t=45m32s
