Zombie Boy appears in two wonderful Halloween-centric strips this year. First, Neftali Rivera, author and artist of Midtoon, drops the little rapscallion in his latest strip in a most creative way! Javier Campos finds a perfect way to frighten his baby sister, Sofia, but Mom’s not too thrilled about it! You can see that strip here. Midtoon is a slice-of-life webcomic about the pains and joys of family and friendship, lovingly written and exquisitely illustrated by Nef. Zack Wilson, dressed as Iron Man, and his adopted sheep brother, Chuck, rub elbows in a local pub with some familiar webcomic characters, including Zombie Boy, in a special Halloween strip you can see right here. This is the second time my pal, and fellow cartoonist, David Wilborn, creator and CEO of all things Urban Jungle, has put ZB in one of his strips. The first time was here, when ZB applied to become an office intern. Thanks so much, David!

Here’s a drawing that is sure to thrill you by Kevin Parham whose webcomic, Another Comic Strip takes a hilarious and thought-provoking poke at pop culture in a deliciously funny way. Kevin has the kind of sense of humor that I can really identify with. He takes a satirical and unvarnished view of things, drops it into funny panels and polishes it off with his excellent art. I’m a big fan of The Walking Dead, and this poster-like masterpiece would get even a zombie’s blood racing! Thanks so much, Kevin, for putting this piece together! I love your vision of Zombie Boy and that expression on Gorr makes me laugh out loud!

EW Crowe is one of the talented creators behind the irreverent and deliciously wicked The Hat and Fat strip, which is updated each week on Mondays and Thursdays at The Hat and Fat. There’s nothing like a night in the park with good friends! Ever-affable vampire, Vinnie spends some quality time with his pal, Ju-Juvenile, Zombie Boy in this dazzling delineation by my good friend and fellow monster-maker, Tim Green. Bob and Gorr are getting along just fine too, don’t you think? Thanks for this fabulous piece of art, Tim!
