If its not within walking distance, just get in the car. Running… its for those trying to get away! [wink]
I run because I’m trying to get away from about 50 extra pounds!
They need to do some of that “horizontal running” like Fat Amy in Pitch Perfect.
Nothing good could come from that except laughter from passers-by!
Maybe you need to re-train your training shoes.
They’ve already slipped on to some very bad habits!
