The warm up is underrated. It’s enough to wear me out
Just reading your comment about warming up wears me out, Tony!
And counting!
Get back with me in another five years…
Ah yes……..I’m on a 5 year cool down myself.
That last jog must have been awful grueling.
After stretching I’m done. I wouldn’t want to overdo it in a day.
Your heart is in the right place even if your training shoes aren’t!
It’s a slow burn.
The slowest!
Crack, snapple . . . pop.
I hear that sound when I’ m tying my shoelaces.
I’m going on 25 years, and it’s working just fine for me.
Are you waiting until the 30th anniversary of National Fitness Day?
Thats one way to keep in shape. Circle is a shape right?
A circle is an “out of” shape.
Personally I prefer the cooling down and eating period.
Yes, eating is always the best part of anything!
Simple stretches is stretching it a bit far! :OP
A necessary evil, it seems!
Warm…up? I prefer the warm down, onto a big couch with snacks and sports.
You gotta exercise your couch potato-ness, too!
34 years for me… limbered up one leg so far! I also do one sit up to get out of bed every morning if that counts? Excellent stuff Mark
At the rate you’re going, you’ll be ready to jog right over that hill! Thanks, Matt!
In addition to the sit up that Matt does, I also do some bicep curls with a fork and a knife.
I imagine your elbows must be pretty shiny!
LOL! For both the strip AND the comments!
Yes, the comments are very entertaining, Jande, I always get a laugh out of them!
quite the athletes those two 😉
They feel the heartburn.
They look like a couple of very strange dance partners!
Cue “Eye of the Tiger.”
