Nice comeback!
You can’t keep a good Gorr down!
I need to borrow Gorr for a day. I have builders outside my window cutting slate steps. 😉
This strip was inspired when we had some bad hail in my part of Texas and for the next six months all I heard was the pounding of hammers on roofs while the repairs were being done. It was torture, I tell ya!
A true pound puppy!
Somebody’s definitely getting a pounding headache!
Ha. Love it.
That makes me happy, Tom! Thought I’d throw a little animation flair in this one!
Never mess with Gorr during nap time!
Not unless you want to take the rap!
Vengeance, like Santa, is best served via rooftop!
From underdog to overdog!
Gorr doesn’t hold a grudge, he just nails your coffin shut.
And it’s a hangnail, at that!
Payback’s a…. well a “stud” in this case.
Haw haw! It’s hammer time!
Attaboy, Gorr!
Coming to a roof near you!
Haha! Great looking strip Mark!
Thanks, Mat! This is the closest I’ve come to recreating an animated cartoon of any of my strips so far.
Nail him good Gorr! Now thats how you return noise pollution [grin]
TOK for TOK, Jynksie!
Gorr needs a TIK for accompaniment.
A TIK would make it more timely!
Yes, this has a real look of an animated cartoon series Mark!
I agree and it reminded me of the old Pink Panther cartoons! Great stuff! 🙂
Wow, Chris, I hadn’t thought of that before, but you are so right! I watched a lot of those growing up… osmosis in action!
Thanks, Gruhn. I always think in terms of animation, but sequentially, I thought this one was particularly true to the format.
Mark, you nailed it! And so did Gorr!
I love the movement and story in this strip! :O)
My favorite part is Gorr on top of the truck. That one made me smile when I was drawing it. Thanks so much, Joseph!
This whole strip made me smile, Mark!
Stop! Hammer time!
Yo, let me bust the funky lyrics!
The panel of Gorr on top of the truck reminded me of Sgt. Hulka in Stripes!
I liked the idea of Gorr doing a stunt like that.
Gorr can be sneaky when he wants to be.
Just don’t ask how he’s able to hold a hammer.
What goes around comes around. Revenge is sweet Gorr, revenge is sweet
Gorr wins by a knockout, Tony!
