For a split second I thought they were watching ipads or something and I thought, how typical for this generation. Then, I saw they were sunning themselves. Yes!
I thought I was drawing sun reflectors, but they came out looking like metal books. I’ve adjusted them slightly so I hope they look more like they should and the strip makes better sense. But yes, they do come in large print also. With print so small, it’s no wonder a lot of bugs have you ever tried to read a bug’s book? It’s no wonder they have compound eyes!
Just watch out for those Bees!
Bees have a natural tan.
Flower power!
Far out!

Yea, I made the mistake of drawing the sun reflectors like books, which I’ve edited. I think it makes more sense now.
I’m sorry, but the Awwweee-Police just informed me, you’ve gone to far! [smirk]
I almost put myself into sugar shock drawing that one, Jynksie.
I’m surprised that the bugs are reading real books. Haven’t they heard of the new Amazon Kindle Firefly e-reader / tablet.
Those are tanning reflectors.
Yes, and I apologize if my faux reflectors caused any confusion. They’ve been adjusted, I hope it reads clearer now…
Fun in the sun”flower”!
Ain’t no fun like sun flower fun!
Hey, that’s dangerous! Glad to see spring has arrived in Zombie Boy land! 🙂
Yes, and finally in real life, too!
Reading Sun Room
Who says a bug can’t have a fabulous tan?
Sunnin’ in the sunflowers.
Van Gogh might like this strip…
Does that come in large print also?

Solar sunflower tanning!
Who needs an expensive tanning bed?
Doing it the natural way. Bugs don’t like spray tans. It’s the “spray” that scares ’em.
Spray is a four-letter five-letter word to bugs!
Ahhh…suntan flowers. 😀
We could all use a little vitamin D boost!
I hope they are wearing an SPF lotion. Bug burn can be a bad thing
I’m imagining a boiled lobster…
A nice golden pollen tan!
