I love your dialogue free comics, Mark! The visuals are always so great, I love how you have the little bug coming out of the third panel. Great work!
I appreciate that, Tim. I’m love wordless strips, I’m a big fan of silent comedy films, too. Something about expressing things visually really appeals to me.
I hate when that happens 🙂
An ice cold body slam!
Ha, ha, ha! That got me laughing good today! I forgot how tiny that little guy really is. 😀
Little is in the compound eye of the beholder, Bill! Glad I made you laugh!
That thing is going to last for weeks!
He has to get his tongue unfrozen from it first.
Ouchie!
And a tongue stuck to ice is a double-whammy!
Catching snowflakes in your mouth is hard when your mouth is equal diameter to the snowflake.
I’ve seen people work out that mouth-intake conundrum at a buffet restaurant, Michael, so I know it’s not impossible…
Aww. He’s lighter than a snowflake. How cute.
It’s hard to fight a snowflake when it’s as big as you are, Tom!
A bug’s got to know it’s limitations.
Dirty Hairy
It couldn’t have happened to a nicer bug.
Looks as though, he’s going to be carrying that flake for the rest of the day… Maybe a fireside nap is in order!
And give him some hot cocoa to warm him up. He’ll be snug as a bug with a mug!
Well executed, mate. Never underestimate the power of snow. Especially if your a creature so small.
Thanks, Owen! One man’s snowflake is another bug’s ice missile!
The power of a little flake! Gonna go outside and see if the snow will knock me down too! (it’s comin’ down but good)
They may not knock you down, but they will stick to your eyelashes!
Now that’s a mouth full of flake. Zombie Bug catches a wet one.
He fought the flake and the flake won.
I absolutely love the expressions on his face in the last panel.
Thanks, Julian! I find that the best expressions are the ones I draw the fastest.
That snowflake’s got the bug licked! :O)
Awww, I wanna help him get up–so cute! :O)
It may be the other way around, Joseph! A friend in need is a bug indeed!
Very cute, Mark. We had a snow/ice storm recently and I felt like that little fella.
A spat of icy weather inspired these snowflake strips, David. I wanted to hold on to fall a bit longer, but who am I to argue with Ma Nature?
each snowflake is a different threat…
It’s a cold war out there, Nef!
That’s some dense hydrogen!
Floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee!
That’s a mighty big flake for such a tiny bug!
And there is no other mighty big flake exactly like it!
Just beautiful.
Here’s a tiny fleck of snow in your eye face, bug! I really appreciate that, Denny!
