I do the same thing when I walk thru the woods picking up fallen branches, except I don’t carry them in my mouth, that wouldn’t work cause thats where I carry leaves.
Me too, J.P. If I find an interesting leaf or a stick with some interesting texture I drag it home. Here around my computer I’ve got a few sticks, acorn tops and dried plant pods I’ve collected along the way. I use them for reference in my strips.
Happiness is a bundle of sticks. Well, unless you’re my son, in which case it’s a big cardboard box.
