I received this generous illustration from the uber-talented Dutchman, Wouter F. Goedkoop, something I had no idea was coming, nor how truly spectacular it would be! Gaze upon this tasty piece of delicious eye candy featuring Zombie Boy, Gorr and Cpt Wayne!
Before I begin to rave enthusiastically about Wouter, I’d like to point out what an amazingly friendly and gracious person he is. I’ve known Wouter for a while now and find him not only enormously talented and gifted with most enviable skills, but one of the kindest and most supportive people in the industry. Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, I’m going to talk about his prodigious talent. Wouter is a visionary, the world of Cpt Wayne sprang totally from his mind’s eye, a wondrous otherworld of sleek alien technology rendered with an opulence seldom seen in comics. The Adventures of Cpt Wayne is the galaxy-spanning tale of Wayne, a seasoned member of the Captaincy whose investigative mission leads him beyond the pale into an unexplained dimension. If you like your sci-fi blazingly fun, adventurous and inspirational, this is the strip for you!
